Overview

As Lead Planner and Designer, I managed the end-to-end planning and execution of Osier Wellness' one-year anniversary and product launch dinner. I led creative development, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to deliver a refined, brand-forward experience aligned with Osier's wellness-driven aesthetic.

The design centered on minimal, elevated styling with candle-lit tablescapes, custom place settings, and cohesive branded moments throughout the space, including bar and product display integrations. On-site, I oversaw load-in, layout, tabletop styling, and quality control to ensure a seamless and polished guest experience.

Produced a full-day community festival spanning five city blocks (120,000 sq. ft). Led all permitting, sponsor activations, talent booking, and stage management. Oversaw fabrication and site builds to meet safety and brand standards, with dedicated QC checkpoints during installation and teardown. Event raised over $100K in community funding and was praised for executional consistency and visual cohesion.
